I have a bachelor’s of science in exercise science with minors in fitness, sport science, and coaching.
I choose music from all genres that is upbeat and motivational to ride to. My “go-to tunes” will mainly stay in hip-hop hits and some fun, upbeat remixes, but don’t be shocked to hear a fun country song or a classic rock hit mixed in.
In my classes you’ll get an intense workout doing anything from jumps and climbs to sprints and hovers in all hand positions. I like to ride for fun and to try new things but encourage riders to alter their class to help meet their specific goals!
