10-Day Socially Distanced Fitness Challenge

Dear Alpenglow friends,

We can stay strong and healthy and still be a community during this uncertain time. While we are socially distant, it is easier to commit to working out when you have a plan and a challenge. That’s why Alpenglow has created the 10-Day Socially Distanced Workout Challenge (has quite the ring huh?). Starts Monday, 3/23!

We have planned 10 workouts you can do over the next 10 days or take a few rest days and do it over two weeks. We’ll be posting the workout every night the night before on this page. The workouts take between 30 minutes and an hour. Some will be outside on your own, some will be inside and with online instruction. Each will have a Spotify playlist. NO SPECIAL EQUIPMENT NECESSARY!

Share how good (or bad) it went with others. Talk about a highlight or an inspiration that came to you as you sweated it out. This will help us create connections with the Alpenglow community.

While there is not a mandatory fee for this program, you can make an optional donation of anywhere between $5 to $50 to participate. If donating is difficult we completely understand and still want you to participate! It is truly optional.

Any donations we do receive will go directly to keeping the studio open—summer typically runs in the red and we rely on winter and spring revenue to pay for those months. Closing in the spring is going to have a lasting impact. All proceeds will go toward keeping the studio running.

3. Check our website and Facebook for updated workouts, and please share and post pics and commentary on our new Facebook Group.
