Rachele is a professor of health and human performance at Norwich University, a fitness expert, and a sucker for red wine. She recently relocated full time to Vermont and prior to putting down roots in the Green Mountains, was a pint-sized force on the Boston wellness scene where she had been teaching powerful indoor cycling classes for more than 10 years. She is a current Lululemon Ambassador, a prior Specialized Ambassador and has been featured for her work in Time, Self Magazine, Popular Science, Forbes, and Eating Well.
During her classes, you’ll get 45 minutes to check out of your day and check into a challenging and energizing whole body experience. Her rhythm-based rides are an athletic combination of strength and speed intervals set to the beat of a rocking playlist! You’ll leave feeling empowered both physically and mentally.

Rachele is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach.
