May Fitness & Wellness Series

Dear Alpenglow friends,

We miss you so much! Thanks for your continued support and connection.

We’re pleased to announce that our next series is here! You can participate for free/by donation and there’s no special equipment necessary. This series will be at least 7 days long, maybe longer :) We’re leaving it open to evolve as pandemic guidance may change.

Workouts/activities will be posted on this page the preceding day at 4pm eastern. Questions? Email us!

If you’d like to make a donation to support the studio, donations we do receive will go directly to keeping the studio open.

3. Check our website and Facebook for updated workouts, and please share and post pics and commentary on our Facebook Group.
