GlowYo Is the Best of Both Cycling & Yoga!

GlowYo: This all-you-could-ask-for class combines 30 minutes of on-the-bike cardio to get your blood flowing plus 15 minutes of a blissful asana practice to quiet your mind.

GlowYo will run on Tuesdays from 5:30-6:15p. Space limited to 12.

Anyone who wishes to continue pedaling (and not practice yoga) for the final 15 minutes of class is welcome to.

No experience necessary.
