With a Bachelor’s of Science in Exercise Science with minors in fitness, sport science, and coaching, plus a true passion for exercise and a friendly personality, everyone loves what Ashley brings to her classes!
She chooses music from all genres that is upbeat and motivational to ride to. Her “go-to tunes” are mainly hip-hop hits and some fun, upbeat remixes, but don’t be shocked to hear a fun country song or a classic rock hit mixed in.
“I love seeing clients push themselves past their limits and continue coming back for me,” Ashley says. “Being able to do my research and surveying the clients after class keeps me hungry to learn and produce the most effect and fun workouts for them!”
In her classes, you’ll get an intense workout doing anything from jumps and climbs to sprints and hovers in all hand positions. “I like to ride for fun and to try new things but encourage riders to alter their class to help meet their specific goals!”
