This will be a barre-pilates-cardio combo class that will target all the major muscle groups.

You’ll need:

  • A mat or towel
  • A chair (dining room), counter top, or something else about mid-torso height that you can rest your hands on (in substitute of the barre)
  • Light weights or 2 soup cans
  • A heavy object such as a book, laundry detergent jug, kettlebell or heavy weight
