You are invited to a 12 noon EST workout with Alpenglow Fitness led by Sky!

This will be a barre-pilates-cardio combo class that will target all the major muscle groups.
- A mat or towel
- A chair (dining room), counter top, or something else about mid-torso height that you can rest your hands on (in substitute of the barre)
- Light weights or 2 soup cans
- A heavy object such as a book, laundry detergent jug, kettlebell or heavy weight
