Find a loop near your home or you can do this on a track, if accessible.

Warm up for five minutes in easy jog or moderate-paced walk.

Work interval: five minute at a 5/10 exertion pace

Recovery: one minute at easy pace

Work interval: four minutes (6/10 exertion pace)

Recovery: one minute at easy pace

Work interval: three minutes at 7/10 pace

Recovery: one minute at easy pace

Work interval: two minutes at 8/10 pace

Recovery: one minute at easy pace

Work interval: one minute at fast pace 9/10
