We’ll begin by building some heat to release tension and anxiety followed by taking some time to slooooow down and connect with our bodies and ourselves to soothe the mind from the over-stimulation of the wild times. Guided by the breath, we’ll unite mind, body, and spirit through postures and meditation, and infuse our whole being with a positive energy that will leave you feeling refreshed, balanced, at peace, and ready to take on whatever comes your way!
